My career began in code. I started as a PHP developer building dynamic, API-integrated web applications, then spent years in enterprise software support and engineering — supporting 50+ banking clients at FIS, automating workflows at Infosys, and leading support teams. That hands-on technical grounding shapes how I work today: I can sit with an engineering team and a frustrated customer in the same afternoon and genuinely speak both languages.

Over the last 15+ years, I've grown from engineer to Customer Success leader, working across Healthcare, FMCG, Consulting, Pharma, and Aviation. Today I manage a $2.5M+ portfolio at OpsHub, where I've driven 120% revenue growth and an 88% renewal rate — not through transactions, but by aligning what customers are trying to achieve with the outcomes the business needs.

That's the heart of how I see this work: customer success is built on trust, insight, and collaboration, not transactions. I lead transformation initiatives — workshops, webinars, and training — that turn customers into confident, self-sufficient product experts. I own implementations end to end, from kickoff to go-live. And I partner across Sales, Product, and Operations to untangle the complex problems that keep enterprise accounts up at night.

Outside of work, I'm drawn to the same things that make me good at it: curiosity about technology and AI, a love of mentoring, and time spent trekking and thinking about what's next.
